Pay for ionCube Decoding with Bitcoin, Ethereum, and USDT

Complete guide to paying for ionCube decoding with cryptocurrency. Self-hosted wallets, no custody, direct BTC/ETH/USDT payments.

June 29, 2026·3 min read·By ionCube Decoder Team

We support cryptocurrency payments for ionCube decoding. This guide explains how to pay with BTC, ETH, or USDT — with self-hosted wallets and no third-party custody.

Why Pay with Cryptocurrency?

Privacy

Crypto payments don't require personal financial information. No name, address, or card details needed.

Global Access

Works from any country. No banking restrictions, no card verification, no geographic limitations.

No Chargebacks

Crypto transactions are irreversible. No risk of payment disputes or chargebacks.

Self-Hosted

Payments go directly to wallet addresses we control. No third-party payment processor, no custody risk.

Supported Cryptocurrencies

Bitcoin (BTC)

  • The most widely used cryptocurrency
  • Native SegWit addresses (bc1q...)
  • 1 confirmation required (~10 minutes)

Ethereum (ETH)

  • Fast confirmation times
  • Ethereum mainnet
  • 12 confirmations required (~2–3 minutes)

USDT (Tether)

  • USD-pegged stablecoin (ERC-20)
  • No price volatility during payment
  • 12 confirmations required (~2–3 minutes)

How Crypto Payments Work

Step 1: Choose Amount and Currency

Select how much credit to purchase and choose "Crypto" as your payment method. Pick your preferred currency (BTC, ETH, or USDT).

Step 2: Get Receiving Address

We generate a unique receiving address for your payment. Each order gets its own address for accurate matching.

Step 3: Send Payment

Send the exact amount to the displayed address:

  • BTC: Send from any Bitcoin wallet
  • ETH: Send from any Ethereum wallet (consider gas fees)
  • USDT: Send ERC-20 USDT (not TRC-20 or other chains)

Step 4: Wait for Confirmation

The system monitors the blockchain for your payment:

  • Shows real-time confirmation status
  • Displays a countdown timer for the exchange rate lock
  • Credits your account automatically once confirmed

Step 5: Start Decoding

Once credits are added, start decoding files immediately.

Exchange Rate Locking

When you create a crypto invoice:

  1. The current exchange rate is locked for 30 minutes
  2. The crypto amount is calculated at the locked rate
  3. If the rate changes, you still pay the original amount
  4. This protects both you and us from volatility

Payment Timeout

Each crypto invoice expires after 30 minutes:

  • If not paid within 30 minutes, the invoice expires
  • The exchange rate may have changed
  • Simply create a new invoice to get a fresh rate

Self-Hosted Wallets

Our crypto payment system is fully self-hosted:

  • We generate wallet addresses from our own xpub keys
  • No third-party payment processor (like Coinbase Commerce or BitPay)
  • No custody — we control the addresses directly
  • Lower fees (no intermediary)

Common Questions

What if I send the wrong amount?

Underpayments are detected and flagged. Contact support to resolve. Overpayments result in extra credits.

What if I send to the wrong address?

Unfortunately, crypto transactions are irreversible. Always verify the address before sending.

Can I get a refund in crypto?

Refunds for failed decodes are issued as account credits, not as cryptocurrency returns. This is due to the irreversible nature of crypto.

Are crypto payments anonymous?

Crypto payments offer more privacy than card payments, but transactions are visible on the public blockchain. They are pseudonymous, not fully anonymous.

Conclusion

Cryptocurrency payments offer privacy, global access, and self-hosted processing for ionCube decoding. Choose BTC, ETH, or USDT for your next purchase.
