Refund Policy

Automatic Refunds

If a file cannot be decoded, you automatically receive a full credit refund. No need to contact support — the refund is processed instantly when the decode fails. Failed decodes also do not count against your free trial limit.

Credit Expiry

Credits never expire. Once purchased, they remain in your account until used. There is no time limit on using your credits.

Cryptocurrency Payments

Due to the irreversible nature of cryptocurrency transactions, refunds for crypto payments are issued as account credits rather than cryptocurrency returns.

Bulk Orders

For bulk orders (50+ files), refunds are calculated proportionally based on the number of files that could not be decoded.
