Refund Policy

Failed Paid Decodes

If a paid file cannot be decoded automatically, your order page lets you choose manual decrypting or a credit refund for that file. If you submit the file for manual decrypting, credits remain spent while an admin reviews and attaches the decoded result. If you choose the refund before submitting for manual decrypting, credits are returned to your account.

Credit Expiry

Credits never expire. Once purchased, they remain in your account until used. There is no time limit on using your credits.

Cryptocurrency Payments

Due to the irreversible nature of cryptocurrency transactions, refunds for crypto payments are issued as account credits rather than cryptocurrency returns.

Bulk Orders

For bulk orders (50+ files), refunds are calculated proportionally based on the number of files where you choose refund instead of manual decrypting.
